We are pleased to be once again working with Maryland REALTORS®. This report will cover in detail how New Growth Digital is fulfilling the needs of the association as discussed at the time of hire.
Association Goals:

The analytics listed in this report covers the first 7 months of 2018. New Growth Digital took over management of Maryland REALTORS®’ social media accounts on February 19, 2018.

Ending July 31, 2018, Maryland REALTORS® Facebook page has 7,000 page likes compared to June 30, 2018, at 6,908 page likes.

Note: Due to the paid advertising campaign for the Maryland First Time Homebuyers Savings Account, the growth of page likes may have been skewed during Februaryand March.

Moving Forward, running paid advertising on Facebook to members only would help grow the page’s following more quickly.

Facebook reach definition:
Post reach is the number of people who have seen your post. Your post counts as reaching someone when it’s shown in News Feed.

Note: You’ll notice reach went significantly-up in July; this was primarily due to an excellent meme provided by Maryland Realtor staff. If you take away the numbers from the meme post, reach was still up, coming in at 52,156.

Facebook engagement definition:
Engagement is a major factor in Facebook’s News Feed algorithm. This algorithm determines which News Feeds your posts are displayed in and, ultimately, how many users you’re able to reach.

When users engage, the actions they take, appear in their timelines and those of their friends, making their connection with your brand visible to others. That exposure contributes to awareness for your brand.

Reactions: Likes, comments, and shares

Post clicks: Link clicks, photo views, other clicks

Twitter impressions definition:
Twitter impressions are when a tweet is delivered to the Twitter stream of a particular account.

Twitter engagement definition:
Number of times a user clicked on a link, retweeted a tweet, liked a tweet, or replied to a tweet.

Ending July 31, 2018, Maryland REALTORS® Twitter account has 1,539 followers.

Our company tracks Instagram analytics through Hootsuite management software. The software is only capable of tracking once an account is added to its system. Due to the Maryland REALTORS® account not being adding until February 19, 2018, there is no data for January 2018; however, the Maryland REALTORS® Instagram account was also not active until New Growth Digital took over management making the data represented in the report accurate.

Instagram itself provides much less analytical data than other platforms, which is why we rely on third-party software. You will notice reach and impressions are not listed in this report; this is due to Instagram’s limited data range in its native application.

Instagram engagement definition:
An Instagram engagement is defined by any user liking or commenting on an Instagram post.

Due to Maryland REALTORS® LinkedIn account being a personal account opposed to a company account we are currently unable to provide analytical data at this time.
